What You Should Know
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the Lumiko browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
2. Accounts, Licenses & Access
Some Lumiko features may require a paid license or subscription. Licenses are intended for the purchaser unless otherwise stated. You may not share, resell, transfer, or misuse access to paid features. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing system of the extension. You are responsible for ensuring that any recordings you create comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others.
4. Limitation of Liability
Lumiko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, recording failures, or business interruptions resulting from the use of the product.
Purchases of paid Lumiko plans or licenses are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents Lumiko from functioning as intended on a supported browser, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and review refund requests where appropriate.
Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.
